Cacao Booster

Cacao is one of nature's most powerful elixirs.  It's super magic and has like a billion health benefits from increasing focus & creativity to reducing anxiety.  I've read it has more antioxidants then blueberries and benefits the heart in more ways then one.  

They say when the student is ready, the teacher arrives... I've always had raw organic Cacao and usually it just sat in the pantry or fridge until I moved and I either tossed it as being non-essential or gave it away.  Well, this week something came over me.. maybe it's the almost 4 months we've had the borders shut or the stress of uncertainty & self quarantine... either way.. I heard something calling me and it was Cacao. 

I've added the sacred ritual of a Cacao Morning Booster to my routine and I feel it working it's magic. I've been tweaking my recipe.. going off intuition.  

Having a morning ritual is so important and grounding.. adding this Cacao Booster will take it next level. 

 

INGREDIENTS 

Ceremonial Grade Cacao or Organic Cacao Powder - 2 tbs 

Water and/or Non Dairy Milk ( I like to mix it half water & half non dairy milk) - 6 - 8oz 

1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper 

Honey or Maple Syrup to taste 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients together & heat in pot

** Important** Don't bring it to a boil.. just heat it until everything is dissolved and it's warm
