Just before we left the city (San Jose, Costa Rica) to head back to the beach (Santa Teresa, Costa Rica) we stopped in to say, "Hi" to a friend who was working at Pimento in the Intercontinental Hotel. They were getting ready to close. We didn't want to bother the staff so when he said that he could get us some Sake from the Sushi place next door we were super excited! Warm Sake is one of my all time favorites! That instant warm delicious feeling from the first sip is undeniable. I usually like to have a Japanese or Chinese beer with it and on this day, the warm sake on it's own was perfect!
