Whenever Maria and I are in "the city" (San Jose, Costa Rica) we always look for high vibe places to work from that feed us. Maria remembered that a friend of ours who was a bartender in Monteverde was now working at a restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel called Pimento. We decided to drop in and say, "Hi." Knowing this was his area of expertise, we asked our friend Josue for a drink recommendation... something special that we wouldn't find anywhere else. Adding Limoncello to Gin & Tonic is pure genius & totally sublime.

Limoncello (Homemade or Pre-made)
Serve in a glass with ice and your favorite garnish
