While in the city, as you’ll see from previous posts, one of my favorite places to visit is The Beer Factory in Avenida Escazu. It’s a good vibe & has an awesome selection of beers from around the world and I needed a spot to wait for my car. I dropped it off to get washed before taking it in for its yearly road safety inspection. The car was super dusty and I was craving something cool & tropical... refresca!

INGREDIENTS
1.5 Ounces Tequila
1.5 Ounce Blue Curaçao
1 Ounce Simple Syrup
128 Grams of Frozen Pineapple
6 Ounces of Orange Juice
Topped with Yerba Buena (Mint Leaves)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend:
Pineapple 🍍
Tequila
Simple Syrup
Blue Curaçao
Pour into glass & stir leaving a hole in the middle
Blend the last pieces of pineapple and pour in
Top with (Yerba Buena) mint leaves.
Blending them in gives it an extra punch 🥊
